Qualifications and Requirements:

- Qualify for the National Eligibility Test (NET) or an accredited equivalent such as the State Level Eligibility Test (SLET) or the UGC-CSIR JRF examination.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and colleagues effectively.
