Responsibilities:
– Manage the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
– Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
– Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection and hiring process.
– Coordinate and conduct employee orientation, training programs, and workshops.
– Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
– Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
– Handle employee relations, address employee concerns, and facilitate conflict resolution.
– Manage performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers and employees.
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and facilitate workplace safety initiatives.
– Stay updated with HR trends, best practices, and legal developments to ensure HR policies and practices align with industry standards.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience in HR management or a similar role.
– Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
– Familiarity with HR software and systems for managing employee data and records.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
