Common questions
How do I create a learner account?+
Choose Sign up from the site navigation, enter your details, and verify your email. Your dashboard becomes available after verification.
Where can I find products I purchased?+
Sign in and open Your Library & Orders from your learner dashboard. Paid purchases include the product access or download action.
How do I register for an event?+
Open Events, select an available event, and complete its registration. Your registrations appear under Event Participation in the dashboard.
Where can I track a placement application?+
Open Job Applications in your dashboard to see the opportunities you applied for and their latest status.
How do I ask for help with my account or purchase?+
Sign in, open Raise Support Query, and submit a subject and message. We assign a ticket number, email replies to your account address, and keep the conversation in your query history.
I did not receive a reply email. What should I do?+
Check your inbox and spam folder, then open Raise Support Query to view the ticket and any replies. Include its ticket number if you contact the team.
