1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to EDUNAMI.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EDUNAMI website, platform, products, services, courses, digital content, educational resources and related services.
By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a product or service, downloading content, enrolling in a course or otherwise using EDUNAMI, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform or purchase products through it.

EDUNAMI is an education and technology platform providing educational, training and digital products and services.
Depending on the offering, EDUNAMI may provide:

4. User Account

You are responsible for:

- Informing EDUNAMI if you suspect unauthorized account activity
You must not share your account credentials in a manner that enables unauthorized persons to access purchased products.
EDUNAMI may suspend or restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, copyright infringement or violation of these Terms.
5. Product Information
EDUNAMI attempts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices, specifications and other information.
However, minor variations may occur, particularly with digital content, design, formatting, updates or third-party technical services.
Customers should review the product description before completing a purchase.
6. Prices
Prices displayed on EDUNAMI are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
Applicable taxes, discounts or other charges will be displayed where applicable.
EDUNAMI reserves the right to change prices, offers and discounts at any time.
A price change will generally not affect an order that has already been successfully completed, except where required to correct an obvious pricing or technical error.
7. Orders
When you place an order, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected product or service.
An order is considered successfully completed when:
- The order is accepted by EDUNAMI; and
- The applicable payment is successfully confirmed.
EDUNAMI may cancel or decline an order where there is:
- A technical error
- Incorrect pricing
- Suspected fraud
- Payment failure
- Product unavailability
- Violation of these Terms
- Other legitimate reasons permitted by law
Where payment has already been received for an order cancelled by EDUNAMI, an appropriate refund will be processed where applicable.
8. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers such as Razorpay.
Payment information is processed through the applicable payment provider and EDUNAMI does not intentionally store full card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI PINs or similar payment credentials on its own systems.
Payment confirmation may take place through:
- Payment gateway response
- Server-side verification
- Payment gateway webhook
- Bank/payment provider confirmation
A frontend payment-success message alone does not necessarily constitute final payment confirmation.
9. Digital Product Delivery
After successful payment, digital products may be made available through:
- Your Library & Orders in the signed-in customer dashboard
- An access link in the order confirmation email, where delivered
Customers are responsible for using a valid email address and maintaining access to their account.

10. Digital Product Licence
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a digital product from EDUNAMI gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the product for your own lawful educational or personal purposes.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.
You may not, without written permission:
- Resell the product
- Redistribute the product
- Upload the product to public websites
- Share download links publicly
- Share account access
- Repackage the content for commercial sale
- Claim the content as your own
- Remove copyright notices
- Copy substantial portions for commercial use
- Use EDUNAMI content to create a competing commercial product
11. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the EDUNAMI website, branding, logos, text, graphics, educational materials, digital products, videos, software, course content, designs and other materials are owned by or licensed to EDUNAMI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to a customer merely because a product has been purchased.
12. Courses and Training
Course and training access may be subject to:
- Course duration
- Batch schedule
- Access period
- Attendance requirements
- Course-specific rules
- Technical requirements
- Assignment or assessment requirements
Specific course terms displayed on the relevant product/course page will form part of these Terms.
EDUNAMI does not guarantee a particular job, salary, examination result, business result or financial outcome from participation in any course or training program.
Educational and career information is provided for learning purposes and individual results depend on numerous factors.
13. User Content
Where EDUNAMI permits users to submit content, comments, questions, assignments, reviews or other materials, you are responsible for ensuring that your submissions:
- Are lawful
- Do not infringe third-party rights
- Do not contain malicious software
- Do not contain unlawful or abusive material
- Do not violate another person's privacy
You grant EDUNAMI the limited rights necessary to host, display and process such content for operating the relevant service.
14. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to EDUNAMI systems
- Circumvent access restrictions
- Reverse engineer protected systems where prohibited by law
- Upload malware
- Use automated systems to abuse the platform
- Fraudulently manipulate payments
- Share purchased accounts
- Redistribute paid digital content

- Use EDUNAMI for unlawful activities
- Interfere with the operation of the platform
15. Availability
EDUNAMI aims to keep the platform available and functional but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Temporary interruption may occur because of:

- Hosting problems
- Internet failures
- Payment provider problems
- Third-party service outages
- Security incidents
- Force majeure events
16. Third-Party Services
EDUNAMI uses third-party services for payment processing, authentication, hosting/database and file storage, and transactional email where configured. These providers process information needed to deliver their services under their own terms and privacy notices.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Razorpay processes payments according to its applicable terms and policies. Razorpay's current merchant terms also make clear that disputes concerning the quality, quantity, delivery or merchantability of products/services are primarily between the merchant and customer.
17. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the EDUNAMI Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Please review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before making a purchase.
18. Privacy
Use of EDUNAMI is also governed by the EDUNAMI Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, protected and shared.
19. Communications
By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree that EDUNAMI may send necessary service-related communications, including:
- Order confirmations
- Payment confirmations
- Payment failure notifications
- Product access information
- Download information
- Account notifications
- Course-related information
- Security notifications
- Important policy/service updates
Marketing communications, where applicable, may be subject to separate consent and applicable law.
20. Disclaimers

- Investment returns
- Examination results
- Certification outcomes
- Admission outcomes

21. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EDUNAMI shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform or purchased products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
22. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold EDUNAMI harmless from claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from:
